4:00a.m. Manila-- Announced from China, while on a state visit, Philippine President Gloria Arroyo, canceled a $330 million dollar project between Beijing and Manila. The 'ZTE-NBN Deal,' had been the subject of a prolonged opposition instigated investigation, amidst allegations of corruption, bribery, and alleged kickbacks.
